Purchase
Visit our Shop page to select the canvas size you desire and checkout with credit or debit card. If you prefer to use another form of payment, please Contact Us.

Consultation
After submitting your order, Lana will contact you to discuss essential details, such as your pet's personality and any unique characteristics you would like to highlight about your beloved companion.

Timing
You will receive your pet portrait in 4 - 6 weeks time (including shipping).

Refunds & Returns
Your happiness is Lana's top priority. Upon completion of the project, you will receive a photograph of the finished product. Should you decide not to accept the work, please note the following:
1) If a deposit was made, it will not be refunded. However, you won't be required to pay the remaining balance.

2) If you paid in full, you will receive a refund of half the payment.
